Q: How much will it cost? 
         A: “Pricing will range depending on the maintenance and repair of your heater(S). Typically pricing starts at $75 for general repairs. Our average customer’s cost is $125 - $175 and can range up depending on the complication and type of heater you have.

Q: Do I need to be home when you come to service my heater? 
         A: “No you do not. We just need to be able to access your heater(s). 
                We do ask that you make sure there is propane in the tank.”

Q: Do I get charged a callout fee for each heater?
         A: “No. There is only 1 call charge.”

Q: To repair my heater does it usually take a lot of parts?
        A: “No. Usually all the heaters need is few small parts & a good cleaning.”

Q: What can I do to make sure my heater is dependable?
     A: “Bugs, spiders and dust are your heater’s enemies. Clean underneath your
heater as well as starting it a few times a month, even when you aren't using it.”

Q: Can I bring my heater to you for repair?
         A: “Yes you can... For patio heaters all we need is the head and the regulator.”

Q. Why spend money on my used heater when I can replace it for just under $200?
         A: “While this is true, what we offer is a repair that is going to be better than a new heater. We will be using high quality replacement parts and repairing, what is the number one problem with lower priced heaters. After the repair, it will be better, and last longer, than a new heater. ”
